Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for items that do not meet your satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized pieces. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are damaged after delivery or show signs of use.
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at bighanks.woodworking.com so we can make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
